Allied Buildings Service scope and responsibilities
Read these information notes before sending a sourcing enquiry.

Enquiries and written scope
This website provides an introduction to independent sourcing coordination. Submitting an enquiry does not create a purchase order, engineering appointment or binding service agreement. A paid engagement requires a written scope identifying the parties, tasks, charges and payment arrangements. Review that scope before authorizing work or asking a supplier to reserve materials.
Supplier and professional decisions
The selected supplier is responsible for the manufacturing obligations accepted in its own contract. Relevant professional parties are responsible for design review and project compliance within their appointments. Coordination can help collect records and organize comparisons, but it is not a structural certificate, statutory approval, inspection warranty or promise that a destination authority will accept a building.
Quotation assumptions
Supplier prices depend on drawings, materials, quantities, delivery basis and validity periods. An illustrative dimension or product image on this site is not a final specification. Changes to loads, openings, coatings, transport or installation can require new quotations. The buyer should confirm inclusions, exclusions, inspection rights, warranties and dispute arrangements with the contracting party before purchase.
Communication and documents
Provide information you have authority to share and identify the current drawing revision. Mark confidential material before exchanging it and agree a suitable transfer method. Do not rely on an informal message to amend a purchase contract; document changes with the responsible party. Any external documents supplied for review remain subject to their own conditions and stated scope.
Questions before engagement
Ask the desk to clarify any task that appears ambiguous, including inspection coordination, export documents or consolidation responsibilities. Commercial terms, applicable law and any liability allocation must be agreed in the written engagement. This page describes the proposed service boundary and does not replace that agreement. You may stop an initial enquiry before authorizing paid work; any later cancellation arrangements depend on the signed scope.
