Allied Buildings / China sourcing

Allied Buildings, an independent sourcing desk

We make steel-building procurement easier to discuss by separating what is known, what needs evidence and who has authority to decide. Independent China sourcing and procurement coordination. This is not the original brand website or an authorized dealership.

A practical roadmap for accountable buying

Our aim is a procurement record that another project participant can follow. Instead of presenting factory capacity or a stock certificate as a reason to purchase, we ask how the proposed supplier will meet the particular brief. The working record links requirements, quotations, review comments and accepted revisions so the buyer can see why a candidate remains on the shortlist.

The sourcing desk operates through project-specific coordination. Manufacturing, structural calculations, foundation design and statutory approval are assigned to the selected supplier and relevant professional parties. A written scope identifies the documents we will collect, the comparisons we will coordinate and the decisions reserved for the buyer. Scope changes are recorded before they become shipment surprises.

  1. Write a consistent brief
  2. Review supplier evidence
  3. Resolve scope differences
  4. Coordinate documented dispatch

Milestones describe your order, not an invented company history

  1. Brief accepted

The destination, use and required review documents are identified. The open-items register records each missing input, its owner and the drawing or report needed to close it. For a portal-frame package, it can flag an unconfirmed crane load or foundation interface before the same brief goes to each candidate.

  2. Comparison reviewed

The buyer sees exclusions and commercial differences before selecting a supplier. Payment, inspection and revision responsibilities are confirmed directly in the purchase arrangement.

  3. Release coordinated

Evidence is checked against the agreed dispatch checklist. Unresolved deviations are escalated to the responsible party; a coordination milestone does not certify building safety.

Put responsibilities on the page

Send your current brief and the decisions that still need owners. A useful starting point is an agreed division between sourcing support, supplier obligations and local professional review.
