Supplier matching
We assemble a candidate list against your building use, frame system, destination and document requirements. A shortlist is a starting point for evidence review, not a certificate of suitability. Ask each candidate to identify the legal entity that will quote and manufacture the package.
Quotation comparison
Frame, cladding, bolt, door and freight inclusions are normalized in a comparison matrix. Currency, Incoterm, validity and exclusions remain visible. Changes to loads or dimensions trigger a fresh comparison rather than carrying an outdated unit price forward.
Sample coordination
Panel sections, coating samples or connection mock-ups can be requested where useful. Availability, charges and transport are confirmed with the supplier. A sample illustrates a detail; it cannot establish the performance of the entire building envelope.
Quality inspection coordination
Agree inspection points before material release. Candidate checks include material certificates, member identification, dimensional records, weld documentation and coating thickness. An independent inspector reports observations against an approved checklist; engineering decisions remain with the appointed professional.
Consolidation
Separate steel, panel and accessory orders need a common package register. Marks, quantities, lifting instructions and moisture protection are reconciled before consolidation. Combining freight does not combine warranties, so the supplier responsible for each package stays named.
Export coordination
We coordinate packing lists, shipment document review and dispatch communication within the agreed scope. Destination clearance, local handling, crane access and installation labor must be allocated explicitly. Shipping estimates remain conditional until booking and packaging dimensions are confirmed.
